FAQ's

How do we get started?

A.Your CYT Experience starts once you submit the contact form. You will receive an email with a link to schedule an initial consultation via phone or zoom to discuss the details of your photoshoot.

What does my session fee include?

A.Your session fee includes the time and talent of the photographer, the number of images offered with your session, 3 months access to downloadable gallery of high-resolution, EDITED images from your session and print release.

When is payment due? Do you require a deposit?

A.Payment is due at the time of booking; a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session fee is due to secure your session date. The remaining 50% balance is due on or beore the day of your session. Sessions are secured with your deposit.

Do you require a contract?

A.Yes. After your consultation, a contract will be crafted based on the agreed upon details.

What are your payment methods?

A.All major credit cards are accepted via PayPal. You may also pay via Cashapp Money order.

Am I required to wear make up?

A.Make up is highly recommended as it enhances your photos and allows you to get the most out of your investment. Edited images are included in your session fee, however, images requiring above normal editing due to lack of make-up, will be accessed an additional fee. If you choose to wear makeup, please come to your session photo ready.

How long does it take to receive my photos?

A.You will receive all edited digital files via online gallery 7-14 days after your session.

How are my images delivered?

A.Your images are delivered via an online gallery. You may also request your images to be placed on a USB drive for $15 extra.

What if I want more images?

A.Additional files may be purchased for $10 or you may purchase your whole gallery. NOTE: The number of images delivered to a gallery is determined by the unique flow of each individual session, therefore, CYT Images does not guarantee an arbitrary number of additional photos available for purchase or pricing until after the session.

Do I have to order prints through you?

A.No, your contract serves as your print release so you may order prints from the photo lab of your choice however, prints can be ordered via your online gallery. All prices are subject to a 7.24% Ohio Sales Tax. CYT images cannot guarantee the quality of prints printed from sources other than your CYT Images photo gallery.

Who owns the photos once they are taken?

A.Copyright ownership remains with CYT Images. CYT Images may use such photographs of the event with or without client’s names and for any lawful purpose, including for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

Do you travel?

A.Yes! Mileage charges apply for areas outside a 25-mile radius from Toledo, Ohio. Additional travel details are determined at your consultation.

What happens if I'm late?

A.Your session starts at the contracted time. In the event that you are late, that amount of time will be taken from your session. If you would like to extend your session you will be charged “Extra Time” per your contract. Payment for “Extra Time” must be received before the release of digital files to your online gallery.

Can I bring other people with me?

A.Friends and family are welcome, as long as they do not interfere with the photographer and the photography taking place. Pictures with friends or family are not permitted unless it has been discussed previously with the approval of the photographer.

Cancellation / Rescheduling / Refunds

A.Cancellations – In the event that you must cancel your session, no refunds will be given. However, your deposit may be used toward a future session which must take place within 30 days from your original session date.

Rescheduling – I understand that life happens… in the event that you have to reschedule, please notify me 7 or more days before your session date in order not to forfeit your deposit. Your reschedule date must be booked at the time of notification.

Refunds – no refunds will be given.
